Founder and co-creator of the Advanced Training Institute for Marriage
and Family Therapy at The House Next Door, DeLand, Florida. Trained

supervised all graduate therapist interns. Provided licensure supervision

Accreditation policies and procedures for agency. Public presentations.

Carried a diversified client load and facilitated therapeutic and educational

PROGRAM DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION:
Divorce Adjustment Seminar, a twelve-week psycho educational group
for individuals going through or contemplating divorce.
Teen Sexuality and Decision Making, collaborated on the design and
development of curriculum that poses sexual issues to court ordered
teens and their parents.
COLUMNIST 1991 - 2000
The Daytona Beach News Journal. Wrote weekly column about issues of
family life, e.g. parenting, marriage, divorce, school, family life
cycle, and community relationships.
FOSTER PARENT COORDINATOR 1980 – 1985
State of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Daytona
Beach, Florida. Designed, developed, and implemented procedure for training
foster parents. Responsible for recruitment, screening and licensing
of all applicants. Edited newsletter. Frequent public speaking.
CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES SUPERVISOR 1972 – 1976
Chenango County Department of Social Services, Norwich, New York. Supervised
staff in the investigation and assessment of all child abuse cases.
Conducted in home investigations and family reunifications. Performed
custody evaluations and adoptions studies. Family Court presentations
and petitions.
